Our programmes can be designed in conjunction with our experienced facilatators and the client to ensure that the specific objectives of each team are met. Our experiential learning approach is based on the following process:

Teamwork is essentially a set of practical behaviours. It is not possible to really learn about and understand the advantages and indeed the difficulties of working in a team without actually doing something together. RedZebra use a series of structured tasks each of which is designed to highlight some elements of effective team behaviour or management style.Our programmes are delivered in an enjoyable, relaxed atmosphere.
Below is a list of some key behaviours we would look for as each task is carried out. Our senior facilatator would encourage the team to become more self-conscious about how it operates by rating their own performance against these criteria.
